It took us a little longer than expected because we wanted to ensure every visit, bill, and transaction across our clinics and referral partners is properly reconciled before showing you the number

Here’s how to check your Care Balance:

via Your Rivia Member Account

  1. Log in at app.riviaco.com using your registered phone number
  2. Your care balance appears on the top card of your dashboard

Via USSD

  1. Dial *713*5990# from your registered phone number
  2. Select Option 2 — My Care Balance

You can also view your full care history, including previous visits and costs, directly from the dashboard. Very soon, you’ll be able to dispute bills easily from the same place
